Greystone Engineering Group is great. I have used them for foundation inspections and now they are doing a Soft-Story EQ Retrofitting job on our 14 unit Apartment complex.
They are doing a fantastic job, are as clean as I have ever seen a construction crew be and I would highly recommend that everyone use them, especially for your Soft-Story Retrofitting needs.

Something that is hard to get when you are hiring a new engineer or contractor is reliability and getting quality work and not having to cost you a furtune. With Greystone I got the job done even prior to our due date. Since then I have used them in any field they are active and have been referring them to friends. Everyone has been satisfied and will continue to work with them!
