The most important factor in any type of art is what I acquired which is to be passionate. The rest came along with it which is practice, patience, speed, clean, organized, sanitation, attention to detail. I learned a higher level of team work, listening to instructions and execute them accordingly, ownership of your art work and craft, initiative and respond quick to emergencies. Overall the ambience, the atmosphere, the culture is enjoyable. Waking up every morning to get to work was always pleasant!

I recently tried couple sandwiches from this truck near my work in Santa Monica, they were just awesome, steak sandwich and Banh Mi, very juicy and yummy, I have a craving now). Theirs French fries also super yummy. Would recommend to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you for the amazing food Chef Cesar. Hope to see you again.
