- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Wellness and Nutrition On Demand clients and customers are able to choose from a variety of different service options and payment plans. Clients and customer are able to chose from a range of services from healthy meal planning to health coaching sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) A client or customer contacts me needing health and wellness services. 2.) I send out a detailed email in my quote. My quote will include services offered, payments (I do require a deposit for some services), location, a downloadable health assessment form, my office location, and other importing information. 3.) I provide all my contact information and clients are welcomed to contact me by phone. 4.) The client and customer chooses their service with me and we set an appointment time and date 5.) An invoice is sent to the client or customer and paid.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I come with 10 years of experience and expertise of working in the health and wellness field. I have my Bachelor's of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics; I have experience in Food and Nutrition Management, Public Health Education, Workplace and Corporate Wellness, and Nutrition in a Clinical Setting Specializing in Weight Loss and Weight Management. My current role is Nutritionist for the Local Government Agency with the Women, Infant and Children's program. I come with experience, but more importantly this is my passion! I enjoy working with my clients and customers, and I passionately care about the well-being of everyone!
