- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy a phone call to discuss the details, but at some point I would like to see the venue unless it is a hall with a bar set up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am in my third season with Churchill Downs. Prior to that I have several years of restaurant experience. I have extensive bourbon knowledge and enjoy enhancing the flavors of the liquor rather than covering the taste.
