- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer low rates for my service, because I believe everyone should have access to entertainment regardless of their budget. Like our Facebook page and mention this post for a $50 discount. ;
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers in person before an event. It gives me a chance to better explain the service I provide, and get an idea of their expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My day job has given me a work ethic that enables me to work long hours on something to get it right! Working a 12-13 hour day is normal for me. So working on a project/event that I really enjoy is nothing. I charge a cheap fee because this isn't work to me.
