FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before we start a new project, we prefer to meet with the client personally, get a sense for their business, their needs and their budget. After this free consultation, we draw up a contract and get cracking! Most website design and development projects do not take longer than four weeks, with a whole lot of back forth during the process. Each week has outlined milestones for both us and our clients. At the end, we deliver the complete project and a couple hours of WordPress administration training. However, we don't believe a completed project means the end of a relationship. Our clients are encouraged to take advantage of our hosting and maintenance packages. This ensures their website is always working properly, optimized for speed and search engines and protected from ever-increasing malicious robots and hackers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Together, we have over 15 years experience designing websites. In 2007 we switched to WordPress development and haven't looked back since. Our combined educational background is quite wide, including employees with experience in everything from sales to theater. However the bulk of what we know was gained through our years of developing, designing and deploying small business websites. It's just a matter of good, old-fashioned experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We love working with small to mid-sized businesses, often those that are already part of our community. We work with all industries, but specialize in construction, manufacturing and hospitality websites.
