FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bids are done after appropriate data is gathered and meeting is held with client. Any jobs unable to be bi on will be done with a time and material set up and the client will be charged 30-50$ an hour depending on the difficulty and location of project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to set a meeting in order to go over all details of the project. We inquire on details such as size of project, materials preferred my customer and/or preferred by our company, and also deadlines for the project. Second we use our bidding process to put together a fair and accurate bid. In the bidding process we will stay in touch with our customers, letting know about any foreseen problems that we believe may occur. Such as availability in materials, weather conditions, and any other factors that may slowdown the process. Next we will propose a written estimate to client and agree/negotiate on terms, preferably in person, but are available to do it via email. Once terms are agreed upon. Both parties will sign contract and the project can begin. Throughout the project we will stay up to date with our client with photos and timeline updates, until the project is complete.
