I would give ZERO stars if that was an option! Worst contractor I have ever worked with!!. I hired no-show Joe to do new siding and windows on my vacation home. He promised the whole job would be done by Labor Day, the project was almost finished by Christmas when we finally cut ties with this grossly incompetent contractor. Where do I start? 1. He promised no Subs and all he had was Sub-Contractors, I am not sure he even came to the property after his did his used car salesmen pitch on me. 2. We had him install a sliding glass door on the front on of our home and he failed to properly insulate the top of the door when he left it halfway installed for weeks, which cause a pipe to freeze and burst causing major internal damage. 3. After we finally got the siding and windows delivered to the property he asked for half of the payment, which was our agreement. I told him to text me address of where he wanted the payment sent and he never replied for months until we decided to cut ties and pay him for materials and the sub par work that was done. 4. He tried to play my husband and I against each other, claiming "that's not what your wife told me" etc. All lies of course. 5. He used one excuse after another for why he wasn't getting the work done, blaming everyone and everything except his own unprofessionalism and laziness! I don't expect a text from my contractors wife saying "he is napping" when he is supposed to be working on my project. 6. He didn't even guide his subs to install the siding per our design, causing all the siding to be removed and start all over again. 7. He tried to cut corners by not wrapping the house before having the subs install the siding, In my opinion he thought he could get away with it since we weren't at the property but we had eyes everywhere and when the mistake was brought to his attention he claimed he forgot that the house was supposed to be wrapped. Not only was it in our contract, it's standard procedure, which speaks volumes about his character and his competence. 8. He kept claiming "I am not evening making money on this project." In in my opinion that was a lie and if not, he had no one to blame but himself, and just tells me he has no idea how to run a business. In summary, My Pros is anything but professional. If you want sub par work, garbage left all over the property, lies, excuses, laziness, delays, lack of communication, more lies and negligence then NO-SHOW JOE is your guy. This liar for hire is worse than any Chuck with a Truck I have ever come across. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend hiring this dead beat to my worst enemy!

Replace old roof and gutters. Some plants damaged even though tarps were used to catch most of the tear off debris. Misc debris (nails, bits of shingles, plastic, etc) in plants and on the ground. Owner addressed these issues . He was great at helping select the perfect color and style shingle and was very helpful.
