- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Distance travels plays a major factor in my pricing as well as timing since I do have a full time job. Also if insurance is requested then there may be a small fee to account for that coverage cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet and greet to discuss schedule and costs. If a one time walk then just gain access info and chat with customer to understand needs and expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I try to stay engaged with training pages to learn new techniques for positive reinforcement and pet safety.
