Ben, the owner of Warner's Landscaping, LLC, responded immediately when Thumbtack had matched him up with me according to my lawn care needs. I scheduled an appointment for him to come to my house to mow, weedeat, edge, and blow my driveway and walks, and to discuss other lawn issues I wanted resolved. Prior to our appointment, I sent Ben a list of those issues. Ben showed up right on time for our appointment and came prepared with an annual plan for getting my yard into great condition. The annual plan contained what he would do, when it would be done, and the cost of each procedure. He went over the list in detail with me and I found him to be very knowledgeable, fair, and honest. Plus, Ben's fees were very reasonable and I was impressed with his billing process. We walked around my yard and I bombarded him with different questions. There is not enough room here to to list my questions and his answers, but I'll just say that he's very knowledgeable and that I learned a lot from him. Afterward Ben mowed, weedeated, edged, and blew my walks, etc. I am very much looking forward to Ben working to make my yard beautiful and resolving the other issues that have been bothering me for years! I was telling a friend about my meeting with Ben and she said she could see the relief in my face. Thank you, Ben!
