- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Monthly fees for management are 8-10% of rental price for all units. Percentage depends on number of units/properties and the extend of involvement desired.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer I like to first speak with them and see what they are looking for out of the service so that I can provide them with everything they may need.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have management properties for the last 2 years and have an education in real estate.
