- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard price per area (or room) is $40. If the soil requires extra steps to remove, like urine, paint, makeup, ink, rust, an additional fee of typically $20-$50 will be added. A typical 3 person couch will cost a base price of $95.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and my technicians are Certified IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technicians. Education and training are very important to our business.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed spring cleaning; pulling out couches, finding treasures like cat toys, dust bunnies, tv remotes, etc., and basically giving the room a fresh start.
