- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base charge for proofreading and copywriting is $60/hour. I can also charge on a per project basis if it makes more sense.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In our first phone consult, I will listen as you tell me what your project is, your target audience, your budget, and any deadlines. If it's fairly straightforward, I'll begin work the next business day. If we need to brainstorm or strategize, I'll do this via phone or email based on your preference. Once you are happy with the direction of my input, work begins. I check in regularly with you to ensure we are both in sync until the project concludes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a Master of Arts degree in Teaching. I'm also certified to teach in Washington State.
