- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every service is uniquely catered and structured to your event and specifications. I would recommend establishing dialogues between the photographer and clients to better understand the services needed to get you the best prices possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost, I'd like to connect with my customers either via phone or face to face. This interaction allows me to build relations, and to gain a better understanding of what services they are looking for. Based on the information provided, an estimate is then provided. If accepted, a contract is signed. At this point, customers can rest easy knowing that they have a reliable a talented photographer capturing their event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to have taken photography courses, I have a proven track record as a professional freelance photographer for 8 years, and counting. I utilize not only my experiences, but also a portable studio to capture your unique and picture perfect moments.
