- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Hourly rate is 35 an hour plus tax. Offering 10% discount for Seniors and 15$ off each referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Every house and customers needs are different, so starting with an initial walk through to communicate what needs to be cleaned, specific instructions, expectation, and time frame.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over eight years of cleaning experience. Also completed and certified from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC) for fire and smoke restoration for five years.
