I rely heavily on other people's reviews, which is why I felt the need to share the bad experience I had with this company. I spoke with Jon on Tuesday. He told me he wouldn't be able to do our hauling job until the following Monday, I was disappointed, because I was a deadline. BUT he seemed very friendly on the phone, and he asked all the right questions, and his rates seemed reasonable, so I told him we would make Monday morning at 8:30 work. Monday morning rolls around and he never showed up. He didn't return my phone calls or texts. I ended up calling another hauling company Pac-Rat. They showed up the next morning, and did a great job. I am an event planner, and have hired a lot of contractors over the years. This is the first time in a very long time, I have had one that didn't at least give me a courtesy call to cancel.May 12, 2017Verified
Trade was hired by me to repair an electrical outlet and replace a garbage disposal. The property he was asked to go out to was a rental so he was asked to contact the tenant to schedule which he did. On the day of service, he did not show up and no courtesy call explaining what happened or asking to reschedule.May 12, 2017Verified
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It's very difficult to have a standard price due to each job being so different. I can provide a price range, but until I see the property and know what tge project entails I wont be able to give an accurate price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet new customers at the project location and go over what their needs and expectations are so we can deliver the proper results the first time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?We have been in the Lawn Care Industry over 25 years.
