- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Online Training: 1st Strategy Session Free Online Training Package - 1st 4 weeks with online support $60 2nd + Strategy Assessment/ Fitness Testing/ Goal Mapping $60 Online Training Package - 2nd+ 4 week plan w/ online support $50 I prefer to meet with the client every four weeks to see how things are feeling as well as assess form and technique questions and do some fitness testing depending on the individuals goals. All payments are to be made upon signing of personal training agreement and before each one to one session thereafter. Personal Training at The FitZone: Call or email us to receive a FREE fitness assessment. The assessment includes consultation, workout, and a body composition analysis. Personal Training Rates 1 session at a time - $75/session 20 sessions - $65/session ($1,300) 50 sessions - $55/session ($2,750) Payment of Sessions *Payment for 10 sessions is due at signing *Subsequent payments are to be made on the 7th session and every 10 sessions thereafter
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In working with a new customer we will first talk about the clients desire for wellness and how we can work together to accomplish their goals. I offer a first time free postural analysis, and movement screen to assess areas in the body that need to be strengthened as well as lengthened and stabilize. From their we will discuss how I can help you and a custom plan will be developed tailored to meet your needs.
