- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer free shipping for customers to send us their failed device, free evaluation and firm price quotes. We operate under a "no data, no charge" policy and perform all recovery work up front. We provide a full list of recoverable files to the customer. The customer will only if they are satisfied with the recovered data. If the customer does not agree to the price quote or we are unable to recover critical data, there is no cost and the customer can have their device returned for just the cost of shipping.
