Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: No matter the event, I take great pride in my work and spend hours on preparation. I have 15 years experience as a DJ. At this point in my career, mixing the music is the easiest part of any job I have. It is second nature for me to weave together a dance party that flows seamlessly. I spend lots of time communicating with my clients prior to their events to make certain I will meet their expectations. For weddings, I offer exceptional service including planning the wedding and coordinating and Emceeing all wedding activities including cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, special dances, and of course the dance party! My goal is to help you realize your vision. My bid likely won't be the lowest you receive, but my service level will be the highest. I enjoy puzzles, and DJing is kind of like an open-ended puzzle. Whether the goal is to get people to dance or sing or even just relax and create ambience, I enjoy the challenge of putting together a playlist that will realize those goals. I really enjoy making the crowd have a great time! When it comes to weddings, I love everything about them. I love meeting with couples and getting to know their stories, and I love helping them plan out their days and make the important decisions they need to make to help realize the vision they have of their day. I'm the guy who makes everything go smoothly so my clients can just enjoy their wedding day. I thoroughly enjoy that I can provide a service that surrounds me with people who are happy to be celebrating a newly married couple's love.

We were one of those couples vacillating between hiring a DJ or just using a playlist some rented speakers. We really didn’t want to assign a friend to troubleshoot tech all night, but we were also trying to keep our wedding affordable. Just a handful of weeks before our wedding, we happened upon Greg playing at an outdoor festival just off of the Dane County Farmers’ Market and we never looked back! Greg was friendly, thorough, respectful, affordable, and a fantastic DJ. A few weeks before the wedding, Greg met with us to discuss our preferences. He took the time to really understand our musical tastes, our setup and lighting vision, and how much “DJ flair” we wanted. He didn’t push us to go for anything we were uncomfortable with and was respectful as we opted out of certain “traditions” like the garter/bouquet toss. He also asked us questions, that we hadn’t previously considered, in a way that helped us develop a structure and plan for the day. Greg also took our stranger requests seriously, incorporating music that was important to our families, but was not necessarily wedding music, and even integrating a joke of one of our favorite comedians into the dinner playlist (He didn’t even bat an eye when we asked him to repeat “What’s New Pussycat” four times in a row). Greg was there for our final walk-through of the venue. As a bride feeling at times bombarded by questions and opinions from vendors and guests, Greg was helpful in offering up suggestions based on his experience that we completely trusted. And on the day of, we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Greg set up and took care of everything without any hassle or trouble. He provided beautiful uplighting, and wonderful music from ceremony to dinner to dancing. Greg was a pleasure to work with and I would enthusiastically recommend working with him!
