- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Base price is $75 for 1 session, but the more you buy the cheaper we can discount the price. Also if you like to workout with someone else we do a 50% add to the cost of the session but then cost is split 2 ways making it less expensive per person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we sit down and go over health and medical back ground, in full, covering every detail possible to know exactly what we are working with. Then we discuss your goals in depth and talk about what step are actually needed to get you there and if you are serious about doing what it takes to reach them. Once we are on the gym floor the first thing we establish is a strength, flexibility and mobility limitations and restrictions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ISSA certified coach, and my continuing education is extensive to say the least. In my firs 6 years as a coach, I sought out the best strength, speed. agility, fitness and weight loss coaches in the industry and went to them or found a way for them to come to me and learn from them. I have received my Master trainer certificate from NY Strength and a Fitness Leadership Award from NY strength as well. I am 40 yr old and in the best shape of my life and still actively competing in Strength Sports.
