- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For buyers, my service is free, because most always, sellers pay realtor fees. Typically, sellers will pay 3% of the home price for my service.

1. pre-approval. 2. Home shopping. 3. Submit an offer. 4. Offer accepted. 5. Inspections 6. Appraisal. 7. Final loan approval. 8. Settlement!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I told the PA Real Estate courses before passing my state boards and getting licensed, and sold 20 homes in my first year as a Realtor.
