- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each project and client is unique, so I usually provide an estimate for each individual project. I will also give multiple project discounts as well as discounts on design if printing is purchased.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will speak with them before beginning to work—either online or over the phone to ensure I understand the project scope and there aren't any unanswered questions. Then, I will begin designing and send you proof(s) electronically. If necessary, I will modify the design(s) as much as needed. If I am helping you with printing, I will advise you on print selections including color and stock choices and provide you with a separate print estimate before moving forward.
