- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try and base my pricing on the area I'm working and what I think is fair.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like for us to get to know each other before we start talking about details. I want people to know I care about them and the details of their event. I want us to feel comfortable with each other. then we find out the who, what, where and how, discuss pricing, sign a contract then get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training thru the National Association of Catering and Events and many years of on the job training.
