- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We currently offer service diagnostic with any repair, if a repair is not made a flat service fee of $85 is charged. We currently offer a 10% discount to the following with proper I.D.: Military, Veterans, Police, Fire and Texas Educators.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To request our services we just ask that you contact us via phone to schedule your appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to the State required continuation education all of our employees go through extensive training pertaining to changing laws, regulations and technological classes that are applicable.
