- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on size of the party, types of food requested.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I collect the necessary information to submit a quote. We will then meet, or speak on the phone to work out all details. I request a deposit in order to secure the event. On the day of the event, I will show up early to set up or just to deliver.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our business is small, but we plan on major growth. Ours is a small family business, with over 60 combined years in restaurant industry. We have catered small bbqs, to large company events, even festivals.
