I contacted Richard originally to help me with a discrete problem I needed resolved. He walked me through my original issue, which quickly resolved my issue, and saved me money. He also upgraded my windows and provided me with antivirus protection for free.

A good job well done. Had an issue with my computer connecting to the internet. Richard was my technician he was very professional and work quick. He told me that he had gone to school for networking so he had a lot of experience in that area and it showed. I give 5 stars because it was a grea job all around.

I started my path in the IT world in high school , Enrolled in a Vocational School with a Career Focus in Electronics, After I obtained a basic understanding, fixing electronic components became a passion, after High school i knew that this was my calling.
