John is a very professional, honest, trustworthy and an excellent Master Plumber. He is the plumber you want for whatever plumbing need(s) you have. John is a man of great integrity and he knows plumbing! Also, there are no surprises with John. He tells you the pricing upfront and gives you viable options to chose from. John truly listens to the customer's plumbing needs and does every job with professionalism, excellence and integrity. My immediate and extended family have had John find and fix leaks, replace water heaters, both rebuild and replace toilets, and fix and replace disposals. We have ALL been 100% satisfied with every plumbing job and we ALL highly recommend John to be your plumber!

I had a shower leak. My handyman had replaced the shower head...but leak was still there.....called Panacea. The owner, John White, diagnosed the problem....said cartridge needed replacing. He did exactly that....and NO MORE LEAK! John, the owner, was on time, did the job efficiently and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you, Mr. White! I'm a happy customer!

John is fantastic. We had a sump pump burn out in our downstairs bathroom and things got backed up! John came out same day and made things right. He also noticed something a previous remodeler had done that wasn't safe and fixed that too. Solid guy. Great work. Highly recommend.

Yes, I use a per service price list with discounts for bundled work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To best serve a new customer I first listen to their desired outcome and concerns. Next, I assess the job, and ask questions so that I can create a custom plan for them. I give several options, so they can choose what best suits their lifestyle and budget.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Master Plumber. I graduated from an extensive 5 year program through MTI (Mechanical Trades Institute). I have experience in both commercial and residential plumbing. I am the Chairman of the North Metro PHCC (Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors) Association. I attend regular continuing education and am constantly training on new technology equipment. I hold certifications with Rinnai tankless, Noritz tankless, American Society of Sanitary Engineering, Medical Gas, and OSHA.
