I hired Richard for a large-scale home renovation project that included retexturing and painting the entire interior of the house, installing new flooring, and completely remodeling the bathroom and kitchen. He was great to work with: always responsive, true to his word, flexible and knowledgeable, affordable, and genuine. I'm brand new to homeownership, and Rich was very patient and never condescending when explaining how things work. He had great ideas to improve the living space and went above and beyond on the project while still honoring my budget. I never felt uncomfortable when he and his small crew (Jim, who does exceptional work & David, who has broad expertise in all things building-related) were here, and I was also very comfortable with them working in the house when we weren't home. I plan to hire Rich for future projects and recommend him very highly.

These guys did a wonderful job. They were one-time, meet my budget requirements. And even came back to do some minor touch-up work that was request. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.
