- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Quality workmanship and cheapest price are often mutually exclusive. Freedom offers solutions to fit any budget. Provider bids should all be pretty close, apples to apples. Beware of outliers, low or high. Ask questions, write down the providers answers for later review. Contractors will say things to get the job, make sure what they said they would do ends up on the contract....if it’s not in writing, it never happened.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Plain talk, honest answers, listening to our clients and giving truthful, economically sound solutions. We do this by providing thorough diagnoses and inspections, careful calculations, not guesses, and written reports and price quotes to avoid any miscommunication.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have Universal EPA certifications, have held multiple Nate certifications, eagerly attend regular training on the latest cool innovations and practices, and we have over 35 years of field experience.
