Tabatha Nichols - HR Administrator

Introduction: I have 11 years of experience working in Human Resources. I worked for an Architecture firm and handled everything from creating proposals to all aspects of Human Resources. I handled payroll in-house, handled all new hires and terminations, administered benefits, organized company events, handled employee complaints and suggestions, and many other day to day activities. I loved Human Resources and really struggled with the decision to leave. My company was more like extended family than co-workers. I knew most of them very well and many of their families as well. I cared a lot about them and wanted them to be treated fairly. I also loved the administration portion. I'm an administrator at heart and have a knack for organizing paperwork.
