- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet the customer, measure their shower enclosure, give a free quote, order the glass once approved. Usually a 2 week wait before the glass will be ready to install. The install process varies on the shower, it usually takes 2- 3 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 Years experience as a glass installer, trained by some of the best in the buisniess.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked for a large well known glass company here in charlotte. Determined to provide a better customer experience, from there I branched out and started my own business!
