FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All portrait sessions are reserved for $125, and Images are purchased separately at an in person selection following the session. My complete pricing menu is available at carrieannewhite.com/pricing I do offer specialized collections for headshot and nontraditional sessions to better suit your needs. For example, I will offer digital images a la carte if a collection doesn't fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a short and sweet form on my website ( carrieannewhite.com/contact ), where you'll tell me a bit about what you're looking for in a photography experience. Then I'll get back to you answering any questions you many have and sending you straight to my booking and contract documents if you're ready to book. I'm available for a free consultation in person if you ant to see samples of my products and talk face to face before officially reserving your session. I'll also send reminders for your upcoming session, and check in to make sure we are on the same page about wardrobe and other factors that make your photoshoot go as smoothly as possible. After your photoshoot I'll give you an estimate for when your photos will be ready, and we will meet up again to view your photos and select your favorites for purchase.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been practicing photography on my own for about 11 years, but I have a diverse portfolio of photography positions under my belt. I've worked for the Catalyst as a photojournalist at Colorado College, and I've also worked for the College Communications Department as a student photographer for their website and other publications and newsletters. I've captured family sessions, elopements, weddings, events, commercial collaborations, business headshot and branding sessions, pet portraits, maternity, and so much more.
