- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Kobez Co. takes pride in its work. We strive to be the best. Our products and services are impeccable; and our customers notice. We offer a elaborate warranty policy and stand behind everything we do.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our crews are osha certified for safety. We have established a four year apprenticeship program where our more inexperienced employee's work directly under journeymen so they can pick up the best practices of their trade.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Kobez Co. is a family own business that started out as a father and two sons working as union carpenters. Since then all have totally dedicated their time and effort into making our company what it is today. After realising their potential and making sufficient investments into the company, we have gone from a three man crew to over 2o+ employee's. We have in house accounts and project managers and we're continuing to grow.
