- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is standard. A deposit of 50% down is due prior to start. The other 50% is paid upon completion. After the initial build of the website and online profiles, we will work together on a monthly basis and continue to manage the long-term marketing strategy to continually drive customers to your business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we would sit down and cover what you envision for your perfect website, and cover all of the questions on the discovery survey. Then I get to work, building your website and online profiles. At the end of the week, we meet again and discuss our long-term marketing plan to continue to drive customers to these pages.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in web design for the past few years, and studied psychology and business prior. I have expertise in understanding the consumer in the digital world we live in, allowing your business to thrive by tapping into these customers.
