FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Project vary by labor, material, etc...Some of our projects have set pricing. We stand behind all of our work. We are confident in what we do and that is why we can offer a 5 year warranty, in writing, on all of our installation projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to spend about 30-60 minutes with each client to fully understand not only the vision for their project today but also how they see their project evolving over time. The goal with is all too often customers do a project today not considering what they need to do in the future and as a result the project they already completed gets ruined or undone in order to finish their next phase; resulting in more money spent.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelors degree from the college of engineering at The Ohio State University in Landscape Architecture. I have over 2,000 hours of continuing education and have won awards and national recognition for some of my designs and projects. I also have my masters degree in career technical education in Horticultural Science and Landscape Design that I used for four years to teach at a local high school. Lastly, I am an adjunct professor for Tri-C.
