Met with Matthew, the owner, on April 12th to see the property and we agreed that a walk behind mower would be used and we agreed on price & start date (April 19th) in the morning. After not showing up on the 19th (I had to call him to remind him), on April 21st a crew showed up with massive riding lawn mower. This was after Matthew (the owner, who had been out to look at the property) and he and I specifically had agreed that the lawn would be cut using a walk behind mower which was necessary as there isn't access to the back yard. He said he had 2 walk behind mowers and that was "no problem." Matthew did recommend a friend (owner of separate company) who has push mowers and that person has called and has been out with push mowers to do the job.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
My uncle owned a plant nursery and i spent many summers there. He always inspired me by his knowledge about just about every plant from Florida. I started out with a push mower when i was 16. I later realized how much I was into taking a property that had no hope into one of my personal masterpieces. It was from there that I took my knowledge from the many summers on the nursery learning how stuff grew and were it could be placed to flourish.
