- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I very seldom bid jobs as a flat fee because most of what I specialize in are ongoing processes, such as SEO and SMM. My rates vary based on the type of work. In other words, I might quote less for doing some blog writing, as opposed to SEO work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe the amount of information I am able to see about a project as well as the character limit on my actual quote is unrealistic. My philosophy is simple. I believe that when you mark me "hired" what you are saying is that we should meet. I consider our first consultation to be free. This gives both of us a chance to understand the full vision and scope of your project. I'm also going to be able to give you reasonable expectations based upon your budget.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 30 years of marketing experience, serving as CMO for a startup and as Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications for one of the largest semiconductor corporations. In that role, I led a team of 20 individuals located in the US, Asia and Europe. I've won 17 Addys in almost all facets of marketing including digital marketing, print design, video production and brand management.
