Introduction: I offer 28 years of recruiting experience, matching and placing talented candidates to good jobs with good companies. Resume writing has always been a big part of my work, as the resume serves as the first impression to a prospective employer, and therefore, it must be treated as a marketing piece. Additionally, I help my candidates compose strong cover letters and thank you notes which solidify their positions as top contenders for career positions. I opened my own company this year to be able to serve my clients, both employers and candidates, in a more individual way. I am spending the necessary time to help them achieve their goals. Jan is phenomenal at presenting an individual in a professional, intelligent manner that carries a message of unique appeal to managers looking to hire qualified individuals. Jan is exceptional at developing a resume that will drive interest and create a lasting impression. She helped me put my past experience and training on paper in a way that receives praise at every turn. Furthermore, her experience in preparing an individual for an interview is far above what I expected. Not only did I receive the job offer that Jan helped me prepare for, but I was also told that my interview was especially impressive. She helped me understand what employers are looking for in individuals during a job interview.
