James was very easy to work with for scheduling our analysis appointment. James discussed his level of expertise and even showed us his license when he arrived to walk through and measure our desired renovation area. While here he discussed potential flooring risks upfront then sent us an estimate via email that evening with an itemized description of what we would pay for in total for the project. I would definitely recommend James to others, he was willing to accommodate our tight deadline. After reassessing my budget, I did not have the required resources to go into contract for out-of-pocket costs for the renovation as I had imagined and James understood. We’ll be in contact with James at a later date for certain.
