- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Since our goal is 100% customer satisfaction, we start with a review of the customer's floor and upholstery cleaning needs, making sure that the scope of the job is understood and potential outcomes are communicated clearly. Our technicians are given incentives to provide high quality service and service experience. Our process for on-site sales is driven by observed needs (such as pet odor, children, high-use areas), and not high-pressure sales tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must complete written and on-site training, in accordance with the national franchise operating agreement with Oxi Fresh Carpet Cleaning. Such training includes operating equipment and cleaning process, special treatments, safety, equipment maintenance, administrative functions and customer relationship management. All technicians must pass a back-ground check, maintain a good driving record, and be subject to random drug screening.
