- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide our customer with our standard pricing and fees based on the services needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our coaches like to connect and have a discussion with each new client. Our coaches use many of the current communication tools, such as email, phone, and text. However, we prefer face-to-face meetings whenever possible. When we meet with our client, we will listen to customer’s request and ideas and make appropriate recommendations to the customer based on needs and the type of coaching.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our coaches has over 15+ years of professional experience. Our coaches have various collegiate and graduates degrees - Bachelors to Doctoral degrees. Our coaches attend seminars and workshops as part of their continuing education and professional development.
