Coaching is remarkably effective to move individuals into a creative and empowering relationship with the self. As coach, I am fully focused on and engaged with my client. I am a thought partner that engages through deep listening and feeling. I honor and believe in the creative and resourcefulness of the whole person. I am the cheerleader, advocate, and curious partner who helps clients to open up to and make progress toward living the life of their wildest dreams.
