FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is generally dependant on what type of work we're doing. Naturally a little higher for the tough work, and a little lower for the easy work - and still less than half of the price of the big guys.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
On site meeting discussing all potential projects and give a very rough estimate. From there if plans are needed we draw them up and get more precise pricing (we don't markup so costs are usually very precise). We don't have all the most elaborate stuff yet but can produce blueprints and minor-league 3D renderings. If we go on from there we plan a day to begin, and either set up material orders for the customer to pay for or ask for a down payment to purchase materials ourselves. And then we get it done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years and years of on the job training, as well as certifications and seminars. In order to be a master, you need to keep learning.
