- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard Pricing is $50.00/HR/ I prefer to work in 4-hour blocks, I feel we can get more done and that gives us enough time to get a picture of the scope of work.That includes light cleaning, removal of donated items, Clean up, sorting, purging, eliminating and organizing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer the first meeting is to establish the scope of work and listen to their needs and wants. Find out what works, what doesn't work. Find out what room or area is most important to them. To discuss budgets and time frames.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've started by cultivating a minimalist mindset. We are just going to think of all the rewards and benefits of a decluttered life . Our basic needs , our happiness has very little to do with the amount of stuff we own . By decluttering we put the focus back on what we do rather than what we own. We create space to let new life in .Life is too short to waste fussing over stuff. We also need space for ideas and thoughts - a cluttered room usually leads to a cluttered mind.,
