FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $125 an hour. I also offer some legal services for a flat fee. I am very flexible in working with you to provide excellent service at an affordable rate that works within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can meet in person or with the technology today, we can do a lot by emailing and scanning documents, signatures. You will review and approve everything before it is ready for your signature. Communication is key and I am available every step of the way to guide you through this process and answer any and all questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Again, I am NOT an attorney. I have over 26 years experience as a Family Law Paralegal. I have a BA in Social Work from UW and a Paralegal Certificate from American Institute of Paralegal Studies. I was the first Family Law/Courthouse Facilitator in King County assisting thousands of Pro Se litigants. I was awarded Professional of the Year by the Washington State Bar Association, Family Law Section. I obtained my Limited License Legal Technician credential by the Washington State Supreme Court being admitted to the Washington State Bar in November 2017.
