- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My standard pricing is not a set of fixed on pricing I go by the amount of people that is going to be attending the function as well as if I am going to need a bartender or servers. I do only do buffet style at the moment but I can have servers if needed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Knowing exactly what my customer wants before I begin. Then go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Will I grow up in the kitchen you could say. I did not go to culinary school but I have watched my grandparents and my parents prepare meal for the entire family so I have learned from there and I've been cooking for my family and friends that extended families and parties, functions.
