- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer promotions and discounts throughout the year and holidays. I also provide my clients with loyalty cards. That once certain visit number is reached includes free additional perks and on each tenth visit you receive an hour session for 1/2 price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Brief intake form on status of health, pathologies, and areas of chronic pain. Target areas and preferred type of massage. Will be noted so that progressive healing can be documented confidentially.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I trained for Holistic Practitioner at CT Center for Massage Therapy, and graduated with a certificate in 2016. Practicing massage therapy for a total of three years up to date.
