- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is not the cheapest in the industry, but we offer value added services which protect your investment and should cover this difference. We rent your property faster than our competitors, for a higher price, and keep our tenants in your unit longer. We also are constantly looking to partner with affordable and good vendors to save you money on maintenance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Your home is a huge investment! You should not trust just anyone managing it. We feel that property management is about developing a long term relationship with our clients. For this reason, whenever possible, we want to meet you so you can understand us and we can understand you and your goals. After we both accept each other, we will work to quickly on board you and get access to your property to start managing your investment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The founders of the company grew up in real estate and we consider ourselves professional landlords for hire. We each have advanced college degrees, and we each own many rental properties. Our team includes people with an extreme interest in real estate.
