I like to walk the property, look for hazard's or problem areas with or without the customer, "preferably with" and talk about what they expect & is Required!

- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I was recently hired by a Property Mgmt. CO. To cut the front & Back yards of a home that had been vacant for an extended period, the weeds in the back were over two foot tall ! Well the job took me 6.5 hours! And the new tenets were so impressed they hired me to keep cutting it !
