- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have a standard pricing system to provide our customers; however, we do have standardized system for bidding work. Our process for giving you a customized price for your project has been systematized so we are consistent. Our estimates are very simple for customers to review. It is of little value to list a "per square foot" price under this question as it is not how our quality service should be measured. We look forward to providing a free estimate that is customized for your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet new customers to go over their project with the mind set of working for them again in the future. By mid-summer each year, Rocket Painting works on a 92% referral rate. Internet lead generation tapers off as we get booked up working for friends/co-workers of past customers. New customers are not new for long. We have many options available to help with new customers and decision making. Extensive carpentry gets referred to an experienced carpenter or general contractor we have in our database. Paint color selection can be difficult; so, we can bring color decks, samples, and popular colors we paint each differing year. We also have outside paint company reps who can meet with you separately to help make a decision using some online tools to help visualize different colors.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Rocket Painting has painters of all different qualities to fit to your specific needs. From certified Journeyman painters to experienced, efficient interior repaint specialists. John, the owner, has 20 years of business ownership experience. He has been painting many different applications from residential/commercial to heavy industrial. Rocket Painting has many painters with a wide variety of training and specialties to fill any needs you have!
